Kindly note that starting Monday, July 1st 2019, Value Added Tax will be imposed to all fees, trading commissions, other commissions and charges of services provided by Bahrain Bourse and Bahrain Clear (a wholly owned subsidiary of Bahrain Bourse), as an obligation from both companies to implement Decree-Law Number 48 for the Year 2018 Promulgating the Value Added Tax (VAT) Law and the Executive Regulations of the Value Added Tax (VAT) Law No. (12) for the year 2018 issued by the Ministry of Finance and National Economy.
