Accounts Online Viewing Service “the Service” from the official website of Bahrain Bourse “the Bourse” is subject to these terms and conditions, which should be read and agreed by the user before activation of the Service.​​

• The Bourse provides this additional service to allow registered investors an easy and quick access to their accounts. The Service does not allow users to undertake transactions on their accounts.
• The account’s information will be treated as confidential and user shall be provided with User Name and Password to authorize access to the Service.
• ​ The Account Password should be kept safe. If the Password is lost the Bourse must be notified.
• The Bourse will not be responsible for liability incurred due to unauthorized use or misuse of the Service.
• The information of Investors’ Accounts is based on the Bourse CSD and Trading System. If any information is found to be inaccurate, the user must inform the Bourse.
• The Bourse does not take any responsibility resulting from any disruption or delay of the Service as result of technical malfunction of the Internet or software or equipment or any other reason beyond the control of the Bourse.​
• The Bourse shall have the right at any time to cancel, suspend or temporarily discontinue the Service without notification.
• The Bourse’s Website and all services offered through it are intellectual property of the Bourse.
• The Bourse shall have the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
• These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.​
